GW has set up a quality management system to guarantee that our products are able to satisfy the requirements of customers. The management system includes all procedures from supplier choice, inspection of manufacturing processes, auditing of product delivery to customer service. Details followed:
Evaluation and Grading of Suppliers
Only the supplies who have passed the audition of GW Suppliers Auditing Group can become our authorized suppliers. And through annual grading of all authorized suppliers, GW is ensured that the quality of raw materials could meet our requirements for long period. Moreover, conforming to ISO/TS16949 and ISO 14001, GW holds persistent supplier development and urges the suppliers to constantly enhance their quality and environment management.
Contract Auditing
Before accepting customer’s order, GW will specify customer’s requirements, including that of technology, delivery, etc., and hold contract auditing to confirm that GW is capable of satisfying customer’s needs.
Drawing, Auditing and Supervision of Product Reference
GW will verify all design materials and specifications sent by customers and transfer them into materials for manufacture through CAM. Then according to GW’s manufacture processes and technology, MI will be drawn as production reference for manufacture department. And the MI will be audited by professional design engineers and QA engineers before its issuance on the ERP.
Control of Raw Materials
All GW’s raw materials are inspected carefully before storage. In order to assure our effective management of raw material, GW has established an integrated management system, including a series of strict inspection procedures and measures, and a lot of advanced testing equipments. All materials are supervised through computer networks to ensure their usage complying with the rule “First in, first out”. And the network will remind the supervisor of materials to be expired so as to help hold another specification before their usage.
Control of Manufacture
The effective control of the entire manufacture process is guaranteed by exact MI, efficient equipment management and maintenance, advanced technology control and strict operation and inspection of production processes. GW owns a lot of advanced inspection equipments, and has established integrated control plans and inspection procedures for production processes. We guarantee that the quality of our semi-products and finished products will satisfy all the requirements of customers and production processes.
Control and Inspection of Finished Products
All of GW’s LCD panels have to pass visual inspection and electrical inspection besides regular physical tests.
High quality of GW’s LCD panel is guaranteed through effective and efficient inspection, which is operated with GW’s up-to–date electrical testing machines of specialized model, universal model, flying probe testing model, etc.
Auditing of Product Delivery
GW’s OQA is specialized in carrying on casual inspection for products before product delivery. Only products inspected to be qualified can be packaged. OQA is also in charge of 100% inspection of the packed products to be delivered, including auditing of product numbers, customer numbers, product quantity, delivery address, etc.
Customer Service
GW’s professional customer service team is specialized in voluntary communication with customers. We will reply to customers’ feedback promptly and offer spot-service when necessary. GW always concentrates on customers’ needs. We carry on semi-annual Customers Survey in order to seize customers’ needs and update our service and product requirements.
