Dear customers, please do pay attention to the following items upon receipt. All these are to guarantee the proper usage of our LCD and LCD modules, and to avoid damage raised by improper transportation, storage, assemblage and usage as well as safety problems.
1, In case of noting any evident exterior package damage or other quality problems upon receipt and inspection, please leave the product in their original condition and contact us ASAP.
2, LCD and LCM must be transported, stored and used within a required temperature range. The shipping and storing temperature range for LCD is -10℃~ 60℃,and the operating temperature range is 0℃~ 50℃.If wider temperature range is required, please clarify the requirement upon ordering and conform to contract requirements or product sample confirmation. LCM should be stored in a dry, clean and ventilated environment. Preferred temperature range 5℃~ 45℃ with humidity 40％~ 60％.
3, Direct current voltage cannot be applied through LCD in use. Max. volts DC of driving voltage is 50mV. When welding LCM, only the I/O interface requires welding. Max. welding temperature 260℃. Welding 3~4 times at most and 3~4 sec. for once max. High quality welding flux recommended. Clean the PCB after welding.
4, Take damp-proofing measures for LCD and LCM. Dampness will reduce the resistance of LCD’s exterior glass and result in abnormal display as well as corroded LCM electrode.
5, When assembling LCD, make sure that there is adequate contact area with average pressure between electrical wires. (apply average pressure when screwing). The fixing frame must be flat and smooth, and its pressure should be applied upon the product’s sealing frame. When assembling LCM, make sure that the earth equipments of operator, searing-iron and other instruments work well. Take protection measures for LCD surface against welding flux during welding.
6, Avoid the products being exposed to the sun and ultraviolet radiation directly for long periods so as to ensure their service life.
7, Avoid the products being stored under hi-temp and humidity condition or in environment with volatile compound or corrosive so as to prevent LCM’s electrodes from being eroded and abnormal display in LCD. LCM should be placed in antistatic packages or cases.
8, Prevent the polarizers stuck upon LCD from organic solvents. Since the polarizer is rather fragile, prevent the upper and bottom sides of products from being stabbed or compressed by hard things when assembling. Do not rub the polarizer with coarse fabric. Keep LCM away from lipid during operation.
9, When customers inspect the goods upon receipt, please ensure that the examining tools and instruments are all accurate and reliable, and the driving voltage for display is within the required range.
10, During the assembling or usage of the products, if Return is claimed because of any quality problem with responsibility on our part, please leave or resume the product in their original condition (glass unbroken; polarizer without split or any damage; pinned products have complete pins without any cut or bending ) in order to help our following examination and analyze.
11, During goods supplying, in case of any alternation of condition for use, design or function, please contact us ASAP so that we can alter the corresponding material, technology or design to satisfy customers’ requirements.
12, In case of Goods Return, for batch goods with quality problems please return them to us within three months after receipt; for small quantity of goods or single ones, please return it to us within six months after receipt. Returned goods would be examined and in the event that the responsibility of quality problems is on our part, we will offer replacement with qualified goods of the same quantity.
